Director of Projects

Tom specialises in managing complex projects and brings a wealth of experience from the construction, manufacturing and development sectors. His knowledge of project management disciplines, processes and controls ensures that there is a clear roadmap to successful project delivery in both fiscal and programme terms.

Tom is a primary point of contact for the Trust, funder and legal teams during the project. He will work collaboratively with stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are kept up to date with progress and are aware of any responsibilities they may have to keep things moving smoothly towards completion.
