Simon has more than 30 years’ experience in Hospitality and Retail across a diverse range of sectors. In 1998 Simon joined the Healthcare division of Compass Group UK and  Ireland and worked in numerous roles including operational management, strategic development and project management. Latterly, as Business Development Manager for Healthcare, Simon was instrumental in growing the retail estate to its current market leading position.  Simon has a proven track record of identifying and delivering projects for clients within the NHS.
