Working with the Breaking Barriers Innovations team noviniti sponsored a Bridging The Care Gap roundtable in Sheffield. The event attracted decision makers from local authorities, care sector providers and the NHS from across the country to discuss and innovate how specialist care provision could be better planned and how delayed transfers of care could be further reduced. A report from this event will be published in early 2019 with follow-up events being planned.
