Our latest completed project for Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust (PHU)

noviniti is excited to be able to share the news of our latest completed project for Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust (PHU). Having constructed the 541-space multi-storey car park which opened in Autumn 2022 and the 2-storey Main Entrance and a 256- seat Lecture Theatre in May 2024, the doors to the North Entrance development opened today.

In partnership with Compass Group UK & Ireland’s retail sector, One Retail and PHU, this project enhances the retail provision on site with a new Costa Coffee. Staff, patients and visitors now enter the hospital through a new foyer and have access to the additional retail facilities on site.

Together with the Marks and Spencer Food and Stock Shop within the new Main Entrance, the North Entrance Costa Coffee completes the improved retail expansion at Queen Alexandra Hospital.
